I love history and I love sewing! The two loves came together for me when I got into Civil War reenacting. It has been so much fun to make my own 1860s outfits.This blog is a fun way for me to push myself to study a topic in more depth. Then you, the reader, get the benefit of my new-found learning, and I become a better reenactor. What's not to like?
